  • Administrative expert: Administrative tasks remain a major part of the HR role. These duties involve areas like employee leave, absence, absence files, the in- and outflow of employees, payroll, and other topics.
  • Employee Relations: HR professionals should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary action.
  • Training and Development: HR professionals should be able to design and implement effective training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: HR professionals should be knowledgeable in creating and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: HR professionals should be well-versed in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with these laws to mitigate legal risks.
  • Performance Management: HR professionals should be able to design and implement effective performance management systems that align with the organization’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Organizational Development: HR professionals should be able to lead and support organizational development initiatives such as change management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.

  • Maintaining personnel records and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Coordinating and conducting employee training and development programs
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR/Admin-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations
  • Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
